PR and Digital Marketing Agency, Front Door Communications, is marking its first anniversary in business with news of its latest recruit. The company is celebrating 12 months of continual growth with the addition of Jess Childs as a PR consultant.
Launched in January 2017, Front Door Communications already claims a varied client base after improving business exposure and growth through digital marketing and PR services for the likes of former GoCompare chief executive Hayley Parsons, health insurance comparison site, ActiveQuote, Comparison Creator, Caldicot based SD Sealants, online marketplace Paperclip, and more.
Jess joins the company as a qualified senior print journalist with more than a decade of media and PR industry experience in tow, after working in a freelance capacity for the past two years.
Jess said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be a part of the Front Door team, and to be joining the company at such an exciting time in terms of its ongoing growth and development. As well as a forward-thinking attitude to flexible staff and working arrangements, the firm also holds a wealth of knowledge and experience that I look forward to contributing to, but also learning huge amounts from.”
Directors Kathryn Chadwick and Lynsey Walden joined forces to set up Front Door Communications in early in 2017 after having worked in journalism, PR and digital marketing for a number of years. In doing so, the pair have combined their experience and knowledge of public relations, SEO and social media, among many other disciplines, to support a range of clients across a wide variety of fields.
Having previously expanded the team in April 2017 with the appointment of PR and digital marketing executive, Bethan Rees, the appointment of Jess now brings the Front Door team to four.
Kath Chadwick, Co-Director, said: “When we launched the business, we set a number of targets for our first year and we have absolutely smashed these. We have been so lucky to work with some really great clients and could not be more excited about Jess coming on board.”
