Orbis Education and Care, a leading UK provider of education and residential care services for children and adults with complex needs associated with autism, has enlisted the services of Front Door Communications amid rapid and ongoing service expansion.
The company runs 16 services, including schools, residential homes and pioneering day services for children and adults in England and Wales, and employs around 700 people.
Mike Currier, CEO at Orbis Education and Care, said: “We continue to find ourselves in a period of rapid growth here at Orbis as the largest independent provider of care and education services for those with needs associated with autism in Wales, and having now crossed the border into England too.
“As such, we needed a PR agency to run with our requirements on an increasingly responsive basis, and one which had the capacity to remain flexible in its approach at all times. On this basis, Front Door was the ideal choice for us and the team has quickly become an integral part of our operations as we look towards further expansion in the future.”
Kath Chadwick, director, Front Door Communications, said: “We are delighted to be working with an organisation like Orbis, where the sole purpose is to enhance the lives of the service users it exists to care for. Orbis’ expertise in their field means their work continues to benefit those in need of its services on an ever increasing basis.”
